Staff who arrive prepared, not just orientated.
Before their first solo shift, staff are briefed on what matters most: what to expect, what to avoid, and where the safety risks sit. As we get to know each participant, that briefing grows into a proper training package: short videos with voice-over and visual walkthroughs of the support plan, signed off by the clinicians who wrote the plan, before anyone walks through the door.
And the preparation doesn't stop at the door. Every new worker completes multiple structured buddy shifts alongside experienced staff before their first solo support, where most providers offer just one. Workers don't just read the plan. They're trained on it.

A safety net that watches the patterns
Our shift notes capture the things that matter: medication, behaviours, sleep, incidents, bowel movements, injuries. The system actively watches for patterns that need attention. If a participant hasn't had a bowel movement in a few days, we know. If PRN use spikes, we know. If a new injury appears, we know. These alerts fire automatically, around the clock, as an extra layer over our workers' own monitoring rather than a replacement for it. Quiet warning signs don't get lost between shifts.
Working towards the goals that matter
We don't write Behaviour Support Plans, but we work directly with the practitioners who do. Behaviour support, occupational therapy, dietetics and speech pathology teams receive exact data from our records: meal-by-meal nutrition, behaviour trends, restrictive practice logs, sleep patterns. That means faster decisions, earlier intervention, and steady progress towards the goals in your participant's plan.
