We review the referral
We confirm whether we have capacity and a suitable fit for the participant's needs.
Meet and greet
We arrange a meeting with the participant, family, and any relevant team members.
Participant-specific training
We review the BSP and clinical reports and prepare specific training for the assigned workers.
Support commences
With a buddy shift period and regular check-ins during the onboarding phase.

What we need from you
Any existing behaviour support plan or clinical reports, current providers, and the key risks. Partial information is fine. We can work from what you have.
What happens next
We call you within 1 business day. Then a meet and greet with the participant, their family, and the team before any commitment is made.
What you get every month
Clean reporting on behaviours, goals, and incidents, ready for plan review. The evidence for the right funding level is on file before you need it.
